“3 Teens Kill 4″ is a great name for a band, isn’t it? The weather was probably hot as hell on July 11, 1982—the afternoon they played at Tompkins Square Park, according to this ad from the East Village Eye.

Avenue B Is the Place to Be turned into an annual event, with live music, artists, performance art, etc. 3 Teens Kill 4 took their name from a NY Post headline.

I should’ve seen The Post’s influence in that band name.
