Didn’t think so. At one time, this was the men’s restroom in the 14th Street and Seventh Avenue subway station. Interestingly, a few days after this photo was taken, “men” was covered up with cardboard.
Are there any subway bathrooms open to the public, bathrooms that wouldn’t be terrifying to enter? Well, at least the tiles are nice.

There are actually some half usable bathrooms on the 8th Ave. side of the Times Square station. I’ve even seen MTA workers cleaning them now and then. The bathrooms are Essex/Delancey are open as well, but use those at your own risk.
