I so wish I could join you, but alas NYC is a bit of a schlep from LA. Good luck and have a great night

A schlep it is . . . but thanks for your kind wishes!

You have so many devoted readers of your delightful blog. I want you to have big sales, the critic’s praise and much happiness with your new book as well as your NYC talks. (This lecture needs to be recorded and presented on C-SPAN’s BookTV.)
You don’t have to be a resident of ‘The Big Apple’ not to care greatly about it; Indeed, we (readers & you the teacher-writer,) don’t have to recognize each other on the street not to consider ourselves ‘friends’ — friends through the powerful magic of this computer screen.
We are appreciative of your toil and wish success to flow down on thee…

Thank you so much Audrey for the kind words and thoughts! I’ll see what I can do about C-SPAN….
