Trying to find information about a now defunct hospital in Manhattan called St. Charles Hospital. Had a conversation with my 90 year old mother who told me she had her first child there. I tried googling the name and other permuations but was not successful. Can you help with a suggestion or point me in a new direction? Would appreciate your assistance.
The only St. Charles Hospital reference I could find was to one on Hicks Street in Brooklyn–looks like it was a hospital for handicapped children. Not clear when it opened or closed but it served children at least until the 1950s.
